All SingMasters products are covered for 1 year by the warranty if you purchased it from our store, and valid only when presenting original sales receipt.
There are few exception that are not covered by the warranty:
1. Tampering with the microphone (opening the microphone and trying to repair yourself or by a non-authorized SingMasters repair center).
2. Battery leakage or explosion of batteries
3. Burnt by using wrong power adapter
4. Water damage
5. Physical or cosmetic damage includes and not limited to dropping the microphone, throwing the microphone or severing any of the wires because of misuse.

SingMasters has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee returns and refunds policy for customers. Kindly read below the details of the policy. Beforehand, kindly note that, “All the refunds of any transaction’s amounts against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment”. 

• In case of any manufacturing/technical defects with the goods, you can either return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange it for something else of equal / lower value.
• You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date or 7 days from the date of receiving, whichever is higher.
• Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging along with complete accessories.
• Customers wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number.
• Any shipping charges pertaining to the return of goods for refund will be borne by the customer.
• Refunds will only be processed once the goods are received back at our warehouse.
