Returns Policy

SingMasters has a conditional returns and refunds policy for customers. Kindly read below the details of the policy. Beforehand, kindly note that, “All the refunds of any transaction’s amounts against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment”. 

• In case of any manufacturing/technical defects with the goods, you can either return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange it for something else of equal / lower value.
• You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date or 7 days from the date of receiving, whichever is higher.
• Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging along with complete accessories.
• Any shipping charges pertaining to the return of goods for refund will be borne by the customer.
• Refunds will only be processed once the goods are received back at our warehouse.
• Customers may be required to pay Customs Duty / Taxes at the time of receiving goods. In case any orders are returned back due to customer’s unwillingness to pay the necessary, two way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
